Net profit — after platform fees, sales tax on COGS, AND income tax.

eBay shows you $2,145.39 revenue. That's not what you keep. Montori does the actual math: subtracts 13.25% final value, your promoted ad %, $0.30 per transaction, sales tax on cost, federal + state + self-employment tax (configurable to your state). What's left is your real take-home.

  • Cumulative profit hill chart (click any dot to see what sold that day)
  • Monthly bar chart with year navigation
  • Per-item AND per-category profit breakdowns
  • Unrealized potential: what you'd net if every active listing sold today
Profit by item and per-category breakdown showing TOYS, PLUSH, SHOE, ELECTRONICS profit lines

Every sale, every dollar of net profit, every fat-finger recoverable.

Each sale is a card: thumbnail, item name, date, platform, sold price, cost, and the net-profit pill in green or red. Filter by date range, sort by profit. Misclick a sale? "Edit / revert sale" button on every card.

  • Filter by date range (this month, last 30 days, custom)
  • Sort by newest, oldest, most profit, least profit
  • Per-sale platform tracked (eBay vs FB vs Amazon — fees differ)
  • Revert any sale with one click — puts item back in active inventory

One screen. Every item. Stale, out-of-stock, by platform, by size.

The home view is your command center. Active count, sold units, inventory value, revenue, gross profit — all live at the top. Filter by platform with one click. Filter shoes by size. See which items have been listed 60+ days. One-click "Sold 1" if you sold a single unit of a multi-qty listing.

  • Filter by platform: eBay / Facebook / Amazon FBA / FBM / Not Listed
  • Stale filter: instantly find listings rotting past 60 days
  • OOS filter: items at qty 0 you need to restock
  • Size filter: every size you actually have, sorted numerically
  • Auto-SKU per category (TOYS-00001, SHOE-00042, etc.)

Don't lose money to listings you forgot to restock.

Every item has a qty. When it hits 0, Montori flags it with a red OOS badge. The 🚫 OOS filter pulls up everything at qty 0 instantly — so you know exactly what to source again.

  • Visible OOS badge on every zero-qty row
  • One-click OOS-only filter pulls up your restock list
  • "Printed" badge separately tracks which items already have thermal labels

Know exactly how much money is tied up in returns.

Returns are a quiet profit-killer for resellers — items come back, sit in a corner, and you forget how much you have sunk into them. Mark any item as 🔄 Return and Montori tracks them separately, showing the total cost of returned inventory at a glance.

  • One-click "mark as return" badge on any row
  • Dedicated returns filter — see only items marked as returns
  • "Total cost of returns" banner shows your tied-up capital
  • Treat returns as separate inventory for accurate profit math

Stuff no cross-lister does.

These are the features resellers ask for in every Discord and never get from Vendoo / List Perfectly.

🪂

Drag photos straight to FB

Drag any item's thumbnail directly into Facebook Marketplace's upload widget. Native OS drag — no upload step, no middleware. Multi-select to drag 8 photos at once.

🤖

Auto folder per item

Type "Pokemon Sleeping Espeon Plush" → after 2 seconds Montori creates a folder with that exact name. Rename the item → folder auto-renames. Never manage folders again.

👟

Multi-size shoe magic

Picked up the same shoe in 5 sizes? Select all 5 sizes once → Montori creates 5 separate items, each with its own auto-incremented SKU. Saves 20 minutes per shoe drop.

🖨️

2"×1" thermal label printing

One-click print to your DYMO / thermal printer. Page size locked at 2×1 — Chrome never asks you to pick paper. "Unprinted only" mode prints just new items.

🏛️

Tax-aware deductions

Home office (simplified method), mileage (IRS rate), packaging, internet, phone, storage, photo equipment. Tracked monthly, applied to your taxable income on the Profit tab.

Your data, your machine

Everything lives in a single JSON file on your PC. Back it up. Move it. Edit it in Notepad if you really want to. Nobody else sees your numbers.

Why pay $30-80/month for what should be a one-time tool?

List Perfectly, Vendoo, and Crosslist do cross-listing — they automate your eBay listing into 12 platforms at once. Different category. If you list on 1-2 platforms manually and just need to track inventory + profit, you're paying for features you don't use.

Risk of eBay / FB account ban Zero — you list manually Real — automation violates platform ToS
Cross-list to 12 platforms No (use Vendoo for that) Yes
Cancel and lose your data? Impossible — it's local Yes

eBay and Facebook Marketplace both prohibit automated listing tools in their terms of service. Cross-listers work by simulating clicks in a hidden browser. Reseller forums see new "Vendoo got my eBay account suspended" posts nearly every week. Montori is just a database + photo organizer — you do the actual listing yourself, so there's nothing for platforms to detect.

Common questions

Does it work on Mac or Linux?
Currently Windows only. Mac is on the roadmap if there's enough demand — vote by emailing support@montoriapp.com. Linux is possible from source for technical buyers.
What if your company disappears? Do I lose my data?
No. Your data is a JSON file on your own PC — it works without any internet connection or our license server. Even if Montori as a business shuts down tomorrow, the app keeps running on your machine. And if the license server is ever permanently turned off, we'll release a final build with the license check disabled so existing buyers can keep using it.
Can I use it on multiple PCs?
Yes — each license activates on up to 2 distinct machines (covers a desktop + laptop, or a clean Windows reinstall on the same PC). Need more than 2? Email support and we'll reset slots for legitimate buyers.
Will Windows warn me about "Unknown publisher" when I install it?
Yes — and that's normal for new indie software. Click "More info" → "Run anyway." Code-signing certificates cost $200/year, which I'll add once Montori has enough sales to justify it. The installer is the file you bought from Gumroad — nothing scary going on.
Is this affiliated with eBay, Facebook, Amazon, or any platform?
No. Montori is independent. It doesn't touch your eBay / Facebook / Amazon accounts in any way — it's just a database + photo organizer on your PC.
How do updates work?
When a new build ships, you get an email with the link. Re-download from your Gumroad library, run the installer over your existing install. Your data is untouched. All v1.x updates are free.
Will you build feature X?
Maybe — email support@montoriapp.com. The roadmap is genuinely shaped by what real buyers ask for. I'm one person and I ship updates frequently.
What's your refund policy?
30 days, no questions asked. Reply to your Gumroad receipt — Gumroad processes refunds directly, usually instantly. After refund, your license is deactivated.
